About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Infusion Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years current experience in chemotherapy/infusion License: Current RN license in the relevant state Certifications: BLS, ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Certification (required), NIHSS (can obtain after being offered) Must-Have: - 2 years of chemotherapy/infusion experience - Certification in chemotherapy administration Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Infusion. The nurse will work in a float pool capacity and will be responsible for covering multiple locations as required by staffing needs. The schedule will consist of Monday through Friday shifts, with no nights, weekends, or holidays required. Candidates should possess strong chemotherapy and infusion experience. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy and managing ports and lines, along with providing supportive care and patient education. Nurses will work with adult and geriatric patients, specifically in oncology and hematology. Experience with electronic charting systems is preferred. Candidates must be able to float to various locations based on staffing requirements. Travelers should be aware that requests for time off during holidays will not be accommodated.
