Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Emergency Room (ER) and Med Surg departments. The position is for the night shift, operating from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in both the Emergency Room and Medical Surgical unit
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform routine procedures
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient information in EMR system (Meditech) accurately and timely
Assist in patient education and provide emotional support to patients and families
Maintain a clean and professional appearance in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Experience in Emergency Room and Medical Surgical nursing preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to accommodate block scheduling as necessary
Familiarity with Meditech EMR system is a plus

Working Conditions

This position requires night shift availability and the ability to work in high-pressure situations. A commitment to patient care and teamwork is essential.
