Available Work Residential shifts available during daytimes Monday - Saturday. Full time and part time availability. Some availability on Saturdays would be helpful at the moment. We are able to offer some flexibility in scheduling for our staff. We like to learn and understand our teammates' availabilities. Experience and quick results can get up to $20 base pay quicker than the 100 hours of training. It is common for even newer hires to earn $20 - $23 per hour with base pay, and bonuses. Additional earnings through tips, bonuses, supplies management Travel reimbursement 401(k) + employer matching for vested / eligible employees $1,000 Sign-on bonus given @ 400 hours worked Paid Time Off - Starts accruing from day 1 Although not guaranteed, an additional $2 to $5 per hour received from client tips on average is common for our residential cleaning staff.
