West Regional Sales Manager, Leadership

Ivoclar NA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the West Region, covering Southern California, Sacramento, and Las Vegas. This remote leadership role will oversee a team of 11 Territory Sales Managers, drive regional sales strategies, and grow revenue for dental products and services with dentists.
You will recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, analyze market trends, collaborate with marketing and operations, and ensure compliant, customer-focused execution across the region.
