We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing team in Minnesota. This long term contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving product-related questions, and working in a fast-paced technical environment. The person in this role will support customers by identifying appropriate tooling options, addressing inquiries with professionalism, and partnering with internal and external teams to deliver strong service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely support and clear guidance on product and tooling-related questions.

• Evaluate customer drawings, specifications, and application details to recommend solutions that align with operational needs.

• Enter and manage orders accurately while maintaining complete and organized customer information in company systems.

• Explain technical product information in a way that customers can easily understand and apply to their manufacturing processes.

• Work closely with colleagues, sales representatives, designers, and distribution partners to coordinate service and resolve issues efficiently.

• Support both inbound and outbound customer communication to strengthen relationships and ensure follow-up on open requests.

• Assist in resolving customer concerns by identifying practical options and helping guide them toward the best available solution.

• Contribute to additional service and administrative tasks as directed by leadership to support team goals.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, including the ability to speak, read, and write effectively in both languages is required.

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center, manufacturing, or product support environment.

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and discuss technical tooling or manufacturing-related products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented approach to customer and team interactions.

• Comfortable handling order entry, data input, and email correspondence with a high level of accuracy.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to interpret customer information, technical details, and application requirements to support product recommendations.
