Hospice RN - IDT Leader & Patient-Centered Care
Big Bend Hospice
Big Bend Hospice is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to manage clinical resources for the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) in Tallahassee. You will determine daily staff utilization and act as a role model, mentor, and resource for the team. This role requires Florida RN licensure, with hospice and oncology/home health experience preferred. You will participate in 24/7 patient care coverage and coordinate with On-Call Nurse and Admissions to meet patient and family needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Big Bend Hospice
