Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services. This role involves managing client requests, organizing logistics, and ensuring a smooth, end-to-end planning process. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to gather requirements and provide support Research and present suitable options for accommodations, transportation, and related services Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third-party providers Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process Maintain awareness of relevant updates, policies, and service offerings Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and service delivery Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and records in company systems Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills Basic proficiency with online tools and scheduling platforms Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus Compensation & Work Structure: Flexible remote work environment Performance-based compensation based on completed client arrangements Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Access to company-supported resources and tools Collaborative team environment Additional Information: This position is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote setting.
