About the Position

Job Title: Radiology Technician Profession: Radiology Technician Specialty: Radiology Technician Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM Hours per Shift: 10 Hours Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred. License: Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State. Certifications: Current BCLS (AHA). Must-Have: - Familiarity with State and Federal regulations. - Proficient computer skills. - One year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred. - Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic/Fluoroscopic equipment. - Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology. - Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT. Description: Radiology Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging examinations. The position requires expertise in operating radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology. The role includes adherence to relevant regulations and safety standards. Proficiency in computer skills is necessary for this position. Candidates must possess a licensure and fluoroscopy permit as per state requirements. Current Basic Life Support certification is required. Previous experience in an acute clinical setting is preferred.
