This role involves storing materials, picking, packing and ensuring accuracy in inventory and shipments. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Complete daily transfers to our multiple locations.Receive and process incoming stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and maintain audit-ready accuracyKeep a clean, safe and organized warehouse environmentReport any discrepanciesCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and team membersOperate warehouse vehicles and equipment, perform preventative maintenance as needed.Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and quality service standardsSkillsProven experience as a warehouse associateProficiency in inventory software, databases and systemsFamiliarity with modern warehousing practices and logistics methodsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to lift heavy objects safely and consistentlyValid forklift license (required)What We OfferCompetitive compensation and full benefits package.Opportunity to be part of a customer-first, growing company.Collaborative and supportive team environment.
