Maintenance Technician - Part Time

Position Type : Part-time, 24 hours/week, on-call for emergencies. Pay : Starting at $20+/hour. Summary of Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to residents. Complete resident work orders within 24 to 48 hours. Broader knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Assist with court‑ordered set‑outs when needed. Perform unit turnover between residents within 3‑5 days. Maintain grounds and curb appeal. Prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Be responsive to on‑call emergencies. Requirements 1+ years of related experience. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. HVAC training and certification preferred. Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and overtime). Ability to be on‑call for emergencies. Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications.
