Qualifications

• Previous front desk experience or customer service role in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous cash handling experience required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel property management software (PMS) experience required
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays required for front desk hotel operations
• High School diploma or equivalent
