Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist senior staff with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and presentable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role (freshers may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines).
- Basic knowledge of record-keeping and office procedures.
