Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU (Float Pool)

Location

San Francisco, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating 12-Hour Day and Night Shifts (3x12) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting within a float pool capacity, covering all TCUs, ICUs, ED, and PACU as needed
• Float to various departments and facilities as assigned based on staffing needs and qualifications
• Operate and monitor advanced cardiac and critical care devices including ECMO, IABP, Impella, LVAD, CRRT, and PA Catheters
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Adapt to rotating day and night shift schedules across scheduling cycles based on unit need

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Teaching hospital experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2.5 or more years of ICU experience
• NIHSS certification
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ECMO, IABP, Impella, LVAD, CRRT, and PA Catheters
