- Technical Skills:
- Be able to support level 2&3 at C-Suite/Executive Level
- Personality is huge !
- minimum of 5 years in desktop support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Experience with PLC programming, HMI systems, and various technical tools.
- Familiarity with Polyteams rooms and related equipment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong supervisory and team management abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and technical staff.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
