Traveling Construction Technician

NOW HIRING – TRAVELING CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIANS Multi-State Travel Required OPCO Skilled Managment is seeking skilled construction professionals for renovation and improvement projects in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities throughout the United States. Positions and Skills Needed: Drywall Hanging, Finishing, and Repair Interior and Finish Painting Wood Framing Metal Stud Framing Cabinet Installation and Millwork Handrail Installation General Carpentry Facility Renovation and Repair Responsibilities: Perform renovation and construction work in occupied senior living and long-term care facilities. Install and finish drywall, including patching, taping, floating, texturing, and repairs. Perform interior and finish painting, including surface preparation, patching, priming, and finish coats. Construct wood and metal stud framing. Install cabinets, handrails, doors, trim, and other finish carpentry items. Perform general facility repairs and renovation work. Follow project plans, schedules, and safety requirements. Maintain professionalism while working around residents and facility staff. Travel extensively to project locations in multiple states. Qualifications: Construction experience required. Strong drywall, painting, framing, and finish carpentry skills preferred. Experience with cabinet installation, handrails, and facility renovations. Minor electrical and plumbing experience is a plus. Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods. Valid driver's license. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
