We’ll provide you with the training, mentorship, and tools you need to succeed. Your background in customer service or sales has already given you the essential skills— communication, persuasion, and relationship-building —now, let’s put them to work in an exciting new career!

Sourcing & Engaging Talent – Use job boards, social media, and networking to find top candidates.
Building Strong Relationships – Connect with candidates and facility leaders to understand their needs.
Managing the Hiring Process – Screen, interview, and match candidates with amazing job opportunities.
Closing the Deal – Help candidates land their dream roles while supporting facility leadership in building a stellar team.

A background in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality —any experience that involves people, communication, and persuasion!
A go-getter mindset with a hunger for success and growth.
Strong verbal and written communication skills —you love talking to people!
A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
