Key Responsibilities for the North American Controller:

• Lead North American accounting operations and monthly close
• Drive process improvement initiatives across accounting, close, and reporting
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing finance activities
• Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance
• Manage and develop a multi-location accounting team

Qualifications for the North American Controller:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing environments
• Experience in a publicly traded company
• CPA required
• Proven success leading teams and improving accounting processes
