Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist licensure (required)
• School-based OT experience preferred
• Ability to balance multiple assignments and work collaboratively
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide OT services to assigned caseloads at designated schools
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, parents, and allied professionals
• Serve as a valuable second OT in established teams and deliver proportionate share services as assigned
• Document progress, support IEP meetings, and align therapy with academic goals
• Comply with start and end dates: ASAP through June 9 (or until the last required school day)
