Job Overview Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital is seeking a full‑time Veterinarian to join our team in South Barrington, IL. The role offers opportunities for clinical practice and potential advancement to Medical Director or a long‑term Associate role. Expectations & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive veterinary care across anatomy, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery. Manage a diverse caseload of routine and advanced procedures in a collaborative environment. Collaborate with a skilled support team and communicate effectively with clients. Participate in hospital quality and safety initiatives. Mentor or train as part of Thrive's educational programs (optional but valued). Schedule Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm Compensation Annual PROSAL full‑time range starting at $120,000–$140,000 per year, negotiable based on credentials and experience. Qualifications & Skills Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree. State Veterinary Board license in good standing for the state of employment. Active DEA license or eligible for DEA licensure.
