Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in General Education (English), or eligibility for certification
• Previous teaching experience with middle school students is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of English language arts standards and instructional best practices
• Ability to differentiate lessons to accommodate varying skill levels and learning styles
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for supporting the academic and personal growth of adolescents

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and deliver comprehensive English lessons that align with academic standards
• Manage a middle school caseload, ensuring all students receive individualized support and attention
