Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

Paramount Staffing is hiring motivated Insurance Sales Agents for a growing insurance organization in Hendersonville, TN.

This opportunity is ideal for driven sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, generating new business, and exceeding performance goals. While prior insurance experience is not required, a proven background in sales is required. The company provides comprehensive licensing support, training, and ongoing development to help you build a successful career in the insurance industry.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, inbound leads, and outbound outreach
• Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate health insurance solutions
• Educate clients on coverage options, premiums, deductibles, and benefits
• Prepare quotes and assist with applications and enrollments
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Stay current on insurance products, carrier updates, and industry regulations
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations

Training & Licensing

If you are not currently licensed, the company will guide you through the insurance licensing process.

Training includes:

• Licensing support
• Product training
• Sales training
• Company onboarding
• Approximately six weeks of structured development

Please note: Candidates completing the licensing process are not placed on payroll until licensing is complete.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, insurance sales, or other commission-driven sales roles)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable prospecting, generating new business, and closing sales
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to meet performance and sales goals

Preferred:

• Insurance experience
• Bachelor's degree
