Revenue Operations & Process Enablement Specialist

Job Purpose/Summary We are seeking a highly capable professional to provide inside sales support, commercial operations coordination, event and training logistics, and process execution in support of pre‑sale customer engagement activities. This role acts as a strategic support function—translating Sales leadership priorities into structured workflows, systems, and operational execution across inside sales support, pipeline operations, demonstrations, events, and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational rigor, systems thinking, and the ability to implement scalable workflows while supporting pipeline visibility, forecasting discipline, customer engagement coordination, and pre‑sale operational execution. Responsibilities Operations & Sales Enablement Translate Sales leadership direction into actionable workflows, processes, and tracking mechanisms Support pipeline management, forecasting processes, and opportunity tracking discipline Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and completeness across CRM and workflow systems Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in pre‑sale workflows and implement process improvements Coordinate across Sales, Product, and Operations teams to support pre‑sale execution and customer engagement activities Support development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools, and operational tracking mechanisms Inside Sales & Pre‑Sale Support Support inside sales activities including quoting, demo account setup, customer follow‑up coordination, and opportunity support Coordinate pre‑sale workflow activities including tracking technical inputs, estimates, and internal follow‑up items associated with sales opportunities Ensure consistent execution of outreach, follow‑up, and pipeline progression activities Support customer and partner coordination activities related to active sales opportunities Assist with product portal and workflow system administration supporting pre‑sale operations Event, Demonstration & Training Coordination Support Sales leadership and Program teams in planning and executing trade shows, demonstrations, customer engagement events, and pre‑sale training or exercise activities Coordinate local logistics for demonstrations, events, and training activities, including office setup, room preparation, materials coordination, shipping and receiving, inventory support, and onsite operational readiness Manage vendors, schedules, and coordination activities to ensure seamless execution Track and report on event outcomes including participation, leads, opportunities, and operational effectiveness Support pre‑sale demonstration coordination while partnering with trainers and subject matter experts as needed Systems & Process Execution Translate leadership requirements into usable workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools Support adoption and effective usage of CRM, Jira workflows, product portals, and operational systems Ensure system usability, process consistency, and data integrity across the pre‑sale lifecycle Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency, visibility, and operational effectiveness Train and support team members in effective system usage and workflow execution Program & Administrative Coordination Support coordination and execution of internal operational and customer engagement activities tied to pre‑sale efforts Assist with scheduling, documentation, communications, and administrative tracking related to demonstrations, events, and customer engagement initiatives Coordinate shipping, receiving, and asset tracking activities related to demonstrations, events, and exercises Ensure office and operational spaces are prepared and organized to support meetings, demonstrations, training activities, and customer engagements Qualifications Required Qualifications Eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance – U.S. Citizenship required Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma 6–10+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, inside sales support, or similar operational support roles Experience directly supporting sales or go‑to‑market leadership Strong experience with CRM, workflow, or operational management systems Familiarity with Jira workflows, product portals, or similar operational tools Highly organized with strong execution and follow‑through capabilities Strong communication skills and ability to operate cross‑functionally Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B enterprise, government, or defense markets Background in high‑growth or operationally complex organizations Experience adapting non‑traditional tools (e.g., Jira) into business‑critical operational systems Experience supporting multi‑million‑dollar pipeline management and forecasting Experience supporting pre‑sale customer engagement operations and demonstrations Working conditions Employees may be called upon to participate in in‑person meetings, trainings, or company functions at Knowmadics offices or other designated locations. Travel in support of business operations may also be required, and employees are expected to comply with these obligations as part of their position. This position requires regular in‑person work at the office and/or designated event, demonstration, or training locations to support operational, customer, and team needs. Employees are generally expected to work onsite an average of three (3) days per week; however, onsite requirements may fluctuate based on business demands, scheduled events, customer engagements, demonstrations, and operational priorities. Some weeks may require additional in‑person presence, while other weeks may require less. Flexibility is expected, and employees are responsible for maintaining a schedule and level of availability necessary to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the role and meet business objectives. Some weekend work may be required based on project deadlines or operational needs. This role requires availability during the company’s core business hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Employees working outside the Eastern Time Zone are expected to maintain these hours unless an alternative schedule has been approved by their Manager and Human Resources.
