Establish a cohesive team dynamic and promote collaboration. Address and solve problems promptly; seek assistance when needed. Help develop team members through guidance and mentorship. Assist in achieving store goals and maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience may qualify. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
