Team Members connect with guests, contribute to the bakery‑cafe’s growth, and help serve local communities across the country. Responsibilities Act as an ambassador for “Panera Warmth,” delivering excellent service in all circumstances. Perform tasks specific to assigned areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc. Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying mobile. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed of daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
