Merchandise Stand Lead (Part-Time)

Who are we hiring?

The Merchandise Stand Lead supervises and trains employees in guest relations and equipment use. Success in this role is demonstrated by an exceptional guest experience, a commitment to continuous learning and development, and achievement of business results.

What will you do?

• Supervises the overall operation of the designated stand including open/close procedures, cash handling, and leading employees in accordance with company policies/procedures.
• Assures that each guest’s order is prepared and delivered on time and in acceptable quality and quantity; responds to feedback from guests.
• Inspects locations and submits reports regarding cleanliness conditions, inventory, and incidents.
• Conducts monthly audits, daily inventory and trains and motivates staff. Participates in meetings as deemed necessary.
• Provides necessary staff development and training in accordance with Southern Nevada Health guidelines and company standards to ensure a high-quality product is maintained.
• Ensures that frontline colleagues are compliant with Company policies and local/state regulations and are delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

• The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in guest relations.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment while providing a high-quality service experience for guests.
• Experience resolving inventory discrepancies.

Special Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
• General physical requirements such as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, walking long distances, bending and constant motion is often required.
• May be exposed to theatrical smoke, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, intense sound, rapid motion video effects, smoke, and odors
• May be deployed to outdoor posts that may be exposed to triple-digit temperatures, UV rays, high winds, or monsoon weather. Appropriate hydration, PPE, and sun protection will be provided.

Hourly Pay Range

$23—$23 USD
