Here's what you'll need

• Technical or Associate Degree from an accredited technical institution or college in plumbing/mechanical  preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

• At least 15 years of experience in a MEP Design Environment 

• Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) preferred

• Knowledge of all aspects of plumbing systems 

• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD or other plumbing software 

• A demonstrated ability to solve problems, communicate effectively to all key personnel, manage time efficiently, and produce correct designs within budgeted time  

Ideally, you’ll also have:   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, but not required

• Pharmaceutical Industrial design experience 

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written   

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills    

• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas    

Location

• This role is staffed out of our Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Conshohocken, PA or Cary, NC office as a hybrid position with approximately 3 days per week in the office on average as needed for projects.

The base salary range for this position is $123,600.00 to $205,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
