Infant & Child Sleep Consultant (Contract) The Nurtury is a concierge pregnancy and postpartum support company that helps families find, coordinate, and work with trusted care providers during pregnancy, the newborn period, and early parenthood. Rather than navigating fragmented services alone, families are guided through a thoughtfully curated network of professionals who value quality, collaboration, and individualized care. We are currently welcoming experienced Infant & Child Sleep Consultants to join our growing provider network. About the Role As a Sleep Consultant with The Nurtury, you will support families who are seeking expert, evidence‑based guidance—not quick fixes. You’ll work with infants and young children, helping families understand sleep development, establish routines, and navigate transitions with confidence. This is a contract‑based role with flexibility and concierge‑level client matching. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive sleep assessments for infants and young children Develop customized, developmentally appropriate sleep plans Support families through implementation with coaching and follow‑up Provide virtual and/or in‑home consultations, depending on family needs Collaborate with The Nurtury care team and other providers when appropriate Compensation Compensation is competitive and varies based on experience, certifications, scope of services, and engagement type.
