Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the drive-thru team to deliver outstanding customer service efficiently. Ensure smooth drive-thru operations during all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime. Coach and motivate team members to maintain high standards of quality and speed. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic about creating a positive and fun customer experience. Monday-Saturday Availability (Required) Alternating shifts of 7AM-3PM, 9AM-5PM, 11AM-8PM (Required) 2+ years of leadership (Required) Benefits & Perks Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
