Senior Social Producer

Levels is one of the fastest-growing protein brands in America. We make protein powders without the gimmicks, hype, or shortcuts that dominate the category. We're building a brand rooted in ingredient transparency, product quality, and radical authenticity. We're growing fast across DTC, Amazon, Costco, Target, Vitamin Shoppe, and TikTok Shop, and we're looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships to help accelerate the next chapter of growth. The Role We're not looking for a traditional social media manager. We're looking for a maker. Someone who can turn ideas into content. Someone who can spot a story, shoot it, edit it, publish it, and do it again tomorrow. The Senior Social Producer will help build Levels' in-house social-first content studio. This person will create, produce, and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms while helping bring our brand strategy to life through compelling storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of creative, production, content, and social. You'll work closely with brand, creative, partnerships, eCommerce, and leadership teams to produce content that drives awareness, engagement, and growth. What You'll Do Produce social-first content from concept through final delivery Shoot, edit, and publish short‑form video content Identify and capture real stories happening inside the brand Partner with founders, employees, customers, creators, athletes, and partners to create content Turn brand initiatives, launches, events, retail activations, and campaigns into engaging social content Develop content ideas aligned with Levels' content pillars Manage content production calendars and workflows Lead and direct freelance creators, photographers, videographers, and editors when needed Capture content at events, retail activations, trade shows, and shoots Stay ahead of platform trends while maintaining the Levels brand voice Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with broader brand objectives Analyze content performance and apply learnings to future creative What Success Looks Like Increased social reach and engagement Consistent production of high-quality social content Increased creator and founder content output Strong content support for product launches and retail programs Improved organic social performance Content that earns shares, saves, comments, and conversation A scalable social content engine that can support the company's growth What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience creating content for brands, publishers, agencies, or creator businesses Exceptional video shooting and editing skills Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and YouTube Shorts Strong storytelling instincts Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality Strong creative judgment and attention to detail Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action Bonus Points Experience working for a high-growth CPG brand Experience creating founder‑led content Experience directing creators and influencers Photography experience Motion graphics experience Existing creator network Experience building content systems and workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr Levels
