This role is heavily phone-based and focused exclusively on outbound calls to provider offices to obtain additional clinical and administrative information required for medication review and authorization workflows. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable on the phone, detail-oriented, and experienced working in healthcare environments involving providers, insurance companies, or PBMs./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliMake outbound calls only 10+ outbound calls per hour to physician and provider offices/liliContact providers to request and collect: ulliAdditional clinical information/liliDiagnosis details/liliMedication information/liliSupporting documentation aligned with PBM guidelines/li/ul/liliClearly explain outreach purpose and guide provider offices on required information/liliAccurately document all call outcomes and details in internal systems/liliPerform heavy data entry while maintaining accuracy and compliance/liliFollow established call scripts, outreach guidelines, and training protocols/liliCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and complete information capture/li/ul/div
