Indy Roof & Restoration is expanding our Water Damage Restoration division and looking for an experienced Lead Water Restoration Technician to join our high-performing team. What You'll Do
- Lead crews on water damage restoration projects from start to finish
- Perform mitigation, drying, and restoration work per IICRC guidelines
- Respond to water damage calls including leaks, burst pipes, and flooding
- Assess, document, and perform water mitigation and restoration services
- Interact professionally with homeowners and team members
- Train and support team members while ensuring quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- 1+ years of insurance restoration experience (required)
- Valid IICRC certification (required for Lead Technician role)
- Strong understanding of water mitigation, drying processes, and restoration
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and wear PPE for extended periods
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20-$25 per hour base pay based on experience
