• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1970-$2080

• Schedule: 5 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
• Shift Time: 6:50am-3:20pm
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Work Setting: On-site

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
• Experience in General OR, surgical nursing, or perioperative nursing preferred
• Strong knowledge of perioperative standards, sterile technique, and patient safety practices
• Ability to collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, and surgical support staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout the perioperative process
• Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and supplies for procedures
• Maintain a sterile field and support infection prevention protocols
• Collaborate with the surgical team to promote efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition during procedures
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered surgical experience
