Our Member CARE Representatives (Call Center Agents) will be enthusiastic, member-focused, passionate, and caring. They will be more to the credit union than the voice of our call center - they will be the heart and soul of our member service experience, the essence of what makes us unique. If you're ready to use your professional demeanor, courteous approach, and excellent communication skills to deliver a superior experience for every member you engage with, we invite you to thrive within our CARE center environment.

Qualifications:
Education: High School or better.
Experience: 1-2 years: Customer Service
Preferred: Banking experience a plus Call Center Experience a plus
