PARKVIEW ITEMS OF NOTE:
- Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (reduction of regular bill rate by ***%; rate multipliers be applied to the reduced regular bill rate)
- Call off policy: Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13 week assignment
- Non-billable Orientation Hours: 8 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation, clinicians returning within 12 months of their last worked date will not be eligible for non-billable orientation

Patient Care

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
IV PUMPs, WOUND VAC, LIFTS, FEEDING PUMPS, SCD, NG TUBES, SUCTION, FOLEY

Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Minimum 1 year experience in an acute care hospital setting required.

Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
IN or compact RN license, BLS2

Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)
36 hours per week, 7pm-7am, 3 weekend shifts per month

Scavenger Hunt and 1 day supervised on unit after Jumpstart orientation
Orientation will be Mon-Fri week 1 and Mon-Tues week 2 - 8 hour days. MANDATORY ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL 7 DAYS OF ORIENTATION.
