Customer Service Representative | Full-Time

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Immediate Start | $825 - $1150 OTE, Paid Weekly!

We’re expanding our customer-focused team in Minneapolis and are seeking motivated individuals ready to grow in a hands-on Customer Service Representative role.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, representing respected brands, and making a positive impact through every interaction.

This is not a desk-based role or call center position. It is an engaging, people-first opportunity built around communication, service, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for customers

Represent nationally known clients at event locations across the MN region including sporting events, retail stores, product launches and pop up event locations

Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and current promotions

Address questions or concerns with empathy and solution-focused communication

Create positive customer experiences that build trust and brand loyalty

Collaborate closely with a supportive team to meet service and performance goals

Gather customer insights and feedback to support future campaigns

Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop customer service and communication skills
