Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Variable call schedule included | Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with facility staff

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative nursing care to patients preparing for surgical procedures
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status prior to surgery in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient readiness and safety
• Participate in a variable call schedule as required by facility policy
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or a compact state license
• Minimum of 1 year of Pre-Op nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work a 13-week travel contract beginning on or around October 20, 2026

• Experience in a high-volume or trauma-level acute care surgical setting
• Familiarity with pre-operative assessment protocols and surgical team coordination
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment

• Opportunity to work at a Level II Trauma Center with a 383-bed capacity, gaining exposure to a diverse and complex patient population
