• Thoroughly clean, polish, wax, and detail new, pre-owned, and collision-repaired vehicles.

• Restore vehicles to the highest standards of appearance and quality.

• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure every detail meets Walt Massey's expectations.

• Follow customer and dealership specifications with accuracy and care.

• Maintain detailing equipment and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

• Report any vehicle damage or concerns promptly to management.

• Work efficiently with fellow team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

• Pride in producing high-quality work.

• Self-motivated and dependable.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with excellent communication skills.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Previous detailing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
