Staff Development Coordinator

Cedars Healthcare Center seeks a Staff Development Coordinator - RN to lead clinical education and training for our skilled nursing and rehab team. In this resident-centered, collaborative role, you will assess learning needs, plan and deliver orientation, in‑service, and competency programs, and support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Partner with leadership to strengthen clinical practice, mentor staff, and promote our compassionate, family‑like culture while enhancing resident outcomes and team professionalism.
