System Administrator

Clerical/Administrative Position

Location: Earth City, MO; West Side Flats, MN

No project work. This is a clerical/administrative position helping to front vendor application issues experienced by our users. The person will act as a liaison between Operations users and the vendor who provides us the software.

Technical Skills

Must Have:

• Analytical skills

Nice To Have:

• familiarity with apps supporting securities processing
• SEI SWP knowledge
• SEI Trust 3000 knowledge

Top 5-10 Responsibilities

• Production support; incident / problem management
• Clerical/administrative tasks; open vendor tickets, manage them, report and follow up with vendor or requestor for status updates; close them
• Monitoring reports and taking action depending on issue presented.
• Assists with application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendors, and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot
• Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity
• Understand general technology
• 3-5 years securities and/or securities operations industry experience

Required Skills/Technologies

• 3-5 years - ServiceNow; incident, case (ticket) management
• Mid-level Excel experience
• Administrative tasks; open vendor tickets, manage them, report and follow up with vendor or requestor for status updates; close them
• Monitor reports and act on the results
• Customer service oriented

Preferred Skills/Attributes

• SEI Trust 3000 / SWP experience
• Prompting Microsoft Copilot
• Reliability engineering
