Locum Tenens Opportunity - Emergency Medicine Physician Location: Near HAVANA, AR Facility: Leading Healthcare System Assignment Type: 12-hour shifts, Days Start Date: September 12, 2023 End Date: Ongoing Specialty: Emergency Medicine Coverage Required: Emergency Department coverage Shift Type: 10a-10p, 12-hour shifts Weekend Requirements: Yes Certification Requirements: Board Certified Emergency Medicine (Required) Active Arkansas License (Highly preferred, will consider providers needing to obtain AR license) Emergency Medicine Residency (Required) ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP & DEA (Required) COVID Vaccinated (Required) Practice Setting: Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department Procedures: Laceration repair, abscess I/D, thoracostomy, thoracotomy, trauma management, lumbar puncture, code management, EKG interpretation, intubation and airway management, uncomplicated ortho reductions, central venous access, ACLS, moderate sedation, uncomplicated epistaxis management, and other common emergency medicine procedures.
