Role Description This full-time B2B Insurance Producer role focuses on developing and managing employer group accounts in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex through a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client visits with some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting meetings with employer decision-makers, and presenting Aflac Group Insurance products and employee benefits solutions. The role involves preparing and delivering proposals, coordinating enrollment strategies, and supporting clients through implementation and ongoing service. The Insurance Producer will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements to better advise clients. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Insurance products in a B2B or group benefits environment. Strong Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with employer clients. Proven Customer Service mindset, with the ability to respond promptly, resolve issues, and support long-term client relationships. Understanding of Employee Benefits, including plan design, enrollment processes, and compliance considerations. Experience in business development, account management, or consultative selling, preferably in the benefits or insurance industry. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage territory travel within the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, and prioritize multiple accounts. Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and virtual meeting platforms.
