Occupational Therapist: Lead Rehab & Patient-Centered Care

Columbia Memorial Hospital

Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria, OR is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat, and reassess inpatients and outpatients, with documentation of care and coordination of services.

The role also serves as Activities Coordinator for the Transitional Care Program, supervises Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides, and may perform home visits as needed. Full-time, day shifts in a busy hospital setting.
