AI Engineer

We are looking for a AI Engineer to design, develop, and enhance a next-generation AI-powered chatbot. This role will focus on leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to create intelligent, dynamic, and context-aware virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine AI interactions and ensure seamless user experiences. Experience : 2-5 years Start Date : I mmediate Joiners Employment : Contract Location : Michigan, USA Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize Generative AI-powered virtual assistants for dynamic and accurate responses. Utilize LLMs and fine-tuning techniques within Vertex AI to improve conversational capabilities. Design and implement conversational experiences in Dialogflow CX , incorporating Playbooks and structured tools. Analyze chatbot performance using BigQuery and Looker Studio , ensuring continuous improvement. Apply prompt engineering strategies to refine AI interactions and optimize response quality. Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enhance the chatbot’s ability to provide real-time, relevant information. Integrate Google Cloud Functions for seamless backend automation and connectivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals and compliance requirements. Monitor, evaluate, and iterate AI model performance using real-world user feedback. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. Proven experience in developing AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants using Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI . Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques . Expertise in Google Cloud Services , including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Cloud Functions . Familiarity with Dialogflow Playbooks and Tools for structured AI development. Hands-on experience in analyzing AI performance metrics and improving model accuracy. Ability to translate business requirements into effective Conversational AI solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of APIs, cloud security best practices, and AI ethics . Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for AI model integration and automation. Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches for knowledge retrieval.
