Strong technician expertise across major vehicle systems, including engine performance, transmissions, ABS/Braking, and advanced HVAC systems. ASE Certifications (or Master Technician status preferred), or a demonstrated track record and plan to achieve. Meet or exceed 40-50 flag hours per week. Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication. A desire for long-term career development. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head. Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair. Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools.l Walk/stand for the majority of their workday. Drive manual transmissions vehicles. Efficiently navigate a computer.
