Job Title: College Recruiter We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced College Recruiter to join our client's Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for co-op, internship, and entry-level professional opportunities across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to partner closely with business leaders, build relationships with universities, develop talent pipelines, and support programs that directly impact the client's future workforce. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for co-op, internship, and entry-level hiring across multiple business areas. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and develop recruiting strategies. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring college recruiting needs. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber early career talent. Represent the company at career fairs, university events, networking sessions, and other recruiting activities. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for qualifications, skills, and organizational fit. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer processes, and onboarding activities. Serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers and business stakeholders. Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting to support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to deliver a positive recruitment experience. Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in early career talent acquisition. Support strategic recruiting projects and seasonal hiring initiatives. Essential Skills 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting college, university, internship, co-op, or entry-level hiring programs. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and project management skills. Ability to travel as needed to support recruiting events and campus activities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience supporting university relations, internship programs, or early career recruitment initiatives. Experience planning and executing career fairs and campus recruiting events. Experience recruiting within Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, or other professional functions. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate relationship management tools, and job posting platforms. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Strong presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills. Work Environment Hybrid work arrangement (four days onsite / one day remote). Frequent interaction with universities, students, hiring managers, and business leaders. Travel required to support campus recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and hiring events. Approximately 30% travel annually, including: 2-3 recruiting trips in the fall 2-3 recruiting trips in the spring 1-2 recruiting trips in the summer Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Marysville, OH. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
