As a Floor Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of floors in a medical building setting. Your attention to detail and expertise in floor care will directly impact the comfort and satisfaction of building occupants and visitors.QualificationsPrevious experience in floor care, janitorial, or custodial roles preferred.Valid Driver License to use company vehicles.Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods for each.Familiarity with using and maintaining floor care equipment, such as scrubbers, buffers, and wet vacuums.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks within designated timeframes.Ability to follow instructions, guidelines, and safety protocols effectively.Flexibility to work during non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment, furniture, and supplies.Health Screenings & Other RequirementsClear Criminal Background Check (7 Years)Physical/ Health Screen Pre-PlacementOSHA Respiratory Questionnaire and Respirator Fit Test QualitiveDrug Screen (10 Panel)Covid-19 Vaccines: 1st Dose/2nd Dose/ Booster, Influenza Immunization, TB Skin TestTDAP Vaccine, MMR Titers, Varicella Titers/ Antibody, Hepatitis B Titers/ AntibodyWe are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
