Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join our Hospitalist team at Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.

• Nocturnist position
\n
• Join a dedicated team of 5 Nocturnists.
\n
• Joinanestablished, dynamic and talentedteam of Physicians and APP's, working in a collaborative environment focusing on patient-centered care
\n
• 7 nights on, 7 nights off
\n
• Responsible for admissions and/or cross coverage from 7 pm 7 am based on the campus
\n
• Closed ICU staffed by Intensivist Providers 24/7
\n
• Nocturnist team provides coverage at Methodist (349-bed) , Proctor (210-bed), and Pekin (95-bed) Hospitals for admissions and cross coverage. Provider will only cover one hospital each shift.
\n
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
\n

\nCompensation and Benefits\n

\nThe compensation range for this position is $345,000 - $527,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
