Job Description

Within the Strategy and Finance team of Hello Watt, you will work in direct interaction with the Financial Analyst and the Deputy CFO of the group. This 6-month internship will give you a 360-degree view of the finance and strategy function of a rapidly growing startup.

Your missions will be responsible and varied, with a strong analytical focus. They require a strong commitment, in exchange for which you will learn a lot alongside us!

Depending on your skills and interests, you will be involved in the following projects:

Strategy

• Updating, building, and monitoring the 5-year business plan, monitoring P&L and cash flows;
• Strategic and financial analyses of the different business units of the group.

Corporate finance

• Development and updating of monthly reports and all performance tracking tables of the company (quality, volume, products, prices, etc.) ;
• Monitoring of customer/supplier invoicing and management of working capital ;
• Monthly preparation of the activity review and estimates ;
• Fundraising: dossiers & presentations for grants, loans, and investors.

According to the needs of Hello Watt and your desires, you may also be involved in other high-stakes subjects!

Profile Sought

• Internship for the end of a commercial or engineering school, with the possibility of hiring at the end of the internship;
• A first experience of 6 months in finance (audit, transaction services, experience in a firm), in strategy or within a startup or SME is appreciated;
• Excellent analytical skills, fine mastery of Excel;
• Able to learn very quickly;
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and strong propositional skills;
• Independent and result-oriented;
• Fluency in French and English
