Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking an R&D Special Projects Manager to lead innovation initiatives across our commercial bakery operations. In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects to develop new baked goods, improve existing formulations, and optimize processes for quality, cost, and scalability. You will collaborate with production, quality, operations, and sales to pilot new concepts, run plant trials, and support customer-specific solutions. The role drives data-based decision-making, documentation, and commercialization to ensure safe, consistent, and high-performing products that support growth and customer satisfaction.
