Fourth is seeking a Director of SMB & Mid-Market Implementation to lead and scale onboarding for hundreds of customers monthly across WFM and Payroll products. You will manage multiple implementation teams, drive process improvements, and partner with Product and Sales to drive self-serve initiatives while balancing growth with quality.
You will establish standards, optimize offshore delivery, and build repeatable processes with KPI dashboards.
